We accept MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, Visa, Mastercard, and Cash on Delivery within Kigali. All mobile money payments are sent to a secure number confirmed during checkout.
How fast is delivery?+
Orders within Kigali are delivered same-day or next day. Nationwide orders take 2–4 business days. We use reliable local couriers and will share your tracking details via WhatsApp.
What sizes do you carry?+
Most items come in XS, S, M, L, XL, and XXL. Sizing details are included on each product. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Message us on WhatsApp for personalised sizing advice.
Can I return or exchange a piece?+
Yes. We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition. Returns are accepted within 14 days for a store credit. Contact us via WhatsApp to initiate a return.
Are the pieces limited edition?+
Yes — every drop is produced in limited quantities. We do not restock sold-out items. When a piece is gone, it's gone. We recommend ordering as soon as you see something you love.

Free delivery on orders over 30,000 RWF within Kigali.

Standard Kigali delivery: 2,000 RWF (same/next day).

Nationwide Rwanda: 5,000–8,000 RWF (2–4 business days).

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
